Woodlands Wellbeing
 

men2men offer a simple way of supporting men to connect through a variety of complementary wellbeing activities, in 4 woodland settings, across West Wales.

Each weekly 6 hour session starts with an hands-on activity, from making woodland trails and clearings, to spoon carving. We cook lunch over an open fire, bread is made and the meal eaten whilst each man is able to talk about themselves and their lives, in a sharing circle. We also offer one off workshops iun our woods such as mushroom cultivation, flora identification, walking stick making and building woodland structures.

Drawing on nature….

Men have enjoyed and benefited from the woodland programs we offer. Working together outside has a balancing and harmonizing effect, which together with the activities improves a mans' sense of well-being. It is very therapeutic!
